Most of our Technical Support Services are included in this hourly rate. That includes all common types of devices and systems. Backups, installations, virus-removal, password resets, Audio and Visual (AV) support. Some of the Network & Security Services that are remotely possible are also included. Some of the Network & Security Services need in-person assessment and may be a different rate.
